Called on Friday a week before my appointment the following Saturdat and booked in for what I believed was a hair colour and cut. Was told to go in for a skin test before the appointment so went in the same day and I was told a strand test would be done on the day of my appointment before my cut. Arrived for my appointment and was told that I wasn't booked in for a colour the lady who booked the appointment then denied all knowledge of booking me in for a colour and continued to make out I was lying, despite me calling her out as why you ask someone to come in for a skin test if they weren't expecting a colour. Poor service didn't even bother staying for the haircut. If you don't want to be disappointed then I would avoid.
