Thank you for the care, consideration and dignity with which you treated us all. The funeral preparations were well planned and I would like to thank Anna for help in doing this. She is a credit to your team. I would also like to thank you for the care in which you presented Dad when we came to visit him. He looked so peaceful and this has given us a lot of comfort. I have utmost confidence that you will look after Dad until such times as he is reunited with Mum. Once again my heartfelt thanks for your help and support at this difficult time. I am happy to recommend you.
On behalf of our family, can I thank you for your support and excellent attention to detail at dad's funeral. If funerals can be described as a good experience, then this was. Mum was comforted by the respect you have shown her and dad throughout. We were nervous about seeing Dad but you presented him beautifully and it is now a good memory.
