Fitch autos were recommended to me for their honest and trustworthy service that they offer.i booked my car in for an m.o.t online and saved £5. i was able to choose my day and time online and the process was very easy. i was emailed immediately and told the booking had been accepted and even told who would be doing the m.o.t for my car.A reminder was sent the day before my appointment and even had a call after the m.o.t to say my car had passed and was ready to collect. i work for a company were customer service is important and i feel fitch autos have got the customer service and the customer experience bang on ! will use again and definitely recommend to others. well done to the team at Fitch autos!
