I had a boiler repair by Stu and his team. They came on time and did an excellent job of repairing my boiler and advising me of my options. They were well mannered, professional and were polite. Thank you Stu for a great job done.
Would highly recommend S.P.Taylor plumming for the work they did and how professional they were. They came out the next day did the work and cleaned up after themselves, were nice, polite and talked me through the work they had done.
I had my cooker fitted by S.P Taylor, he came right on time talked me through what was happening and efficiently fitted my cooker. He also cleaned up after himself and was very kind to my young son who tried to help... Very competitive price to.
Being a women It's a bit of a worry having trades men coming to my house, as they might take advantage of there customer being a women but when they came they were so polite, helpful and didn't try to bamboozle me with technical jargon. I had nothing to worry about though and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves
I was pleased with the pleasent receptionist's attitude to help me, and how soon an appointment was made due to a fault with my boiler on 11/01/11. The Plumber arrived on time looking well presented. Clean smart and profesional in their uniform. My boiler was fixed in adequate time and I was shown the fault and the repair. The Plumber insisted on cleaning up and I was more than impressed with the service provided. I was offered advice regarding the maintainance and general upkeep of the boiler. I found the price to be very reasonable and it did not exceed the quote. I have recomended S.P Taylor to freinds and family and I will be calling on them for future matters. Mrs Emma Peters
