Visited the Beach Hut today with my great nephew,my friend and her elderly Mother.It was 10.30am,extremely busy,no tables,no chairs.We were informed of the situation before paying,we agreed to go in and the consideration we were given by the three members of staff was exemplerary.We were found 3 chairs and a suitable place to sit,after ordering refreshments they were bought to us with choice of sugars,sweetners etc.All of this excellent service was delivered by three very pleasant ladies who had conversation and made us feel very welcome.This was our third visit,we will definately go again and look forward to the welcome we received today. Thank You very much for being so attentive,even though you were all very busy.
I received a telephone call on the day to confirm the time of arrival. Work was started straight away and there was a clear plan of the order in which the work would be carried out. Any questions I asked were responded to and a clear explanation / information was given. I was asked to check the completed work before any discussion or acceptance of payment and informed that if there were any problems to get in contact. The person who carried out the work was Mitchell Salt, he carried out the work efficiently, quietly and without mess. He was very personable and I was pleased with the work he did. I would use Prime Design again without hesitation.
