We are delighted to annouce that Glyn Marston has been chosen to carry the Olympic Torch through Walsall on its way to London 2012.
Glyn will be representing Walsall while proudly carrying the flame and helping it on its way to the games next Summer.
Glyn has been chosen due to his outstanding achievements. Some of these include running over 100 marathons around the world, running across the Grand Canyon and also running in the London Marathon. He also took part in the 150 miles non stop running and broke World records for treadmill running. This includes the 7 day World Treadmill record.
