Healthy Halloween heroes raised over £100 for The Dyspraxia Support Group in Walsall with a spooktacular ‘pumpkin’ fat loss boot camp.

Paul Wilson from FatBurnerBootcamp.com trained 22 people at Oak Park in Walsall Wood during this special edition boot camp and as this was a free service donations were made by everyone to The Dyspraxia Support Group in Walsall.

Paul Wilson, said ‘We had everyone during the 30 minute boot camp doing pumpkin push ups, swings, burpees and ended the session with pumpkin sprints.  Pumpkins are of course synonymous with Halloween but they are great for personal training due to their size and weight and they also have fantastic nutritional value.

Dawn Richards from The Charity said; “We had fun and energised workout in a halloween theme, great atmosphere and most of all we made awareness of this charity and the information about Dyspraxia”

As the boot campers finished the session they each received a pumpkin recipe book which included; scary pumpkin soup, terrifying pumpkin and coconut tart and a howling pumpkin risotto.

Paul, added, “The ‘pumpkin’ boot camps have been a great success and we are delighted to have supported The Dyspraxia Support Group in Walsall.  I shall be delivering more special edition sessions in the coming months including the new ‘Reindeer’ camp in December and the ‘Great Selection Box Amnesty’ in the first week of January.”
