
Walsall Black Sisters Collective, who are celebrating 40 years of community engagement in Walsall, have been nominated for the King`s Award for Voluntary Service.
They are a registered charity started in 1986 addressing racial and gender inequalities for the development of the disadvantaged BME community in Walsall and the wider West Midlands region.
Walsall Black Sisters Collective are based at the Mayfield Community Centre, 17 - 19 Wednesbury Road Walsall WS1 3RU.
This recognition reflects the dedication of the volunteers, supporters and partners who make their work possible every day in the communities in which they serve.
