The People's Projects is back, and are giving you the chance to decide how National Lottery funding can make a difference in your local community. The Big Rushall OPERA - Older People Enjoy Regular Activity are in with the chance of winning but they need your help!
Noone wants to be lonely as they grow older, but with your help The Big Rushall OPERA will be able to help more older people in Walsall enjoy life if they win the National Lottery funding.
The project will help to develop The Rushall Centre's indoor bowls club for older people by offering a variety of health and wellbeing activities with the aim of reducing isolation.
A varied programme of physical activity will be provided along with providing peer support and encouragement to participation. This programme will include exercise classes such as Activ80, aerobics, charXercise, walking sports, tired wheels cycling, ramble on and on, crazy golden golf and strictly keep dancing.
