The Triple Tower Challenge in support of Walsall Hospice
9th February 2011

The Triple Tower Challenge is probably one of the most exciting projects developed to support the Mayors Charity Fund, Walsall Hospice.

Two cyclists, Glynn Marston and Joe Sarling will be cycling approx 1500 miles taking in the Three Towers.

On Monday April 9th starting at the “Leaning Tower” in Pisa Italy they will begin the cycle challenge by making their way to Paris and the Eiffel Tower before Crossing  the Channel and heading North to arrive  at the Blackpool Tower.

They will then head for a real civic welcome at Walsall Town Hall on the 26th April.

There will be a documentary film crew recording this challenge.  Organisations and businesses have already started to offer support recognizing that this project  provides a super platform for our community to support a project that not only seeks to raise funds for the new build Hospice and Disadvantaged Children but should provide inspiration, aspiration and raise the profile of the Town.

Please email  Tony at  tony.kemshall@imrcl.org.uk or call 01922 726114 expressing your support for this challenge and he will be happy to explain how you too could link up and get involved…

The Best Of Walsall is proud to support this fantastic initiative and would encourage all local people and businesses to get involved!

Watch this space for updates before and throughout their challenge!

Best of luck all!
