Fed up with slow "up to 8MB" broadband?

Over the last couple of years BT have slowly been upgrading our local exchanges to support fibre-optic broadband.  This means you could be getting "up to 80MB".

We have to call it "Up to 80MB" as it is dependent on your location, and the speed is never guaranteed, but it's a massive improvement over normal "ADSL" broadband which uses good old copper wires between your business or home and the telephone exchange.

We are moving our customers to fibre broadband as soon as we can, and every one we move over is getting much faster speeds, typically 20 - 40MB downloads speeds!

Fibre broadband uses a super-fast fibre-optic cable between the local exchange and a junction box in your street.  Then it uses your exising telephone cable to get from the box in the street to your home or business.

You will no-doubt have seen the annoying BT ads for "Infinity Broadband". This is the commercial name for BT's fibre optic service aimed at home users.

In the world of business, the same product is called "FTTC" (Fibre to the Cabinet).  Admittedly this is less catchy than "Infinity" but it's the same thing nonetheless.

You can only get FTTC if your local exchange has been upgraded, AND if they have connected up your street.  For the benefit of our local customers, if you are in one of the following areas, there's a decent chance you can get FTTC:

Baschurch, Bedworth, Berkswell, Bewdley, Biddulph, Bromsgrove, Burntwood, Burton Upon Trent, Cannock, Chapel End, Cheadle, Cheslyn Hay, Dawley, Donnington, Droitwich, Earlsdon, Edgbaston, Erdington, Evesham, Fallings Park, Fazeley, Fernhill Heath, Foleshill, Four Oaks, Great Barr, Headless Cross, Heath Hayes, Hednesford, Hillside - Hereford & Worcester, Ipsley, Kenilworth, Kidderminster, Knowle, Leamington Spa, Leamore, Lichfield, Malvern, Northern, Nuneaton, Oswestry, Penkridge, Polesworth, Rugby, Selly Oak, Shirley - West.Midlands, Shrewsbury, Solihull, Southam, Stafford, Stirchley, Stourport, Stratford - On - Avon, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Tettenhall, Walsall, Warwick, Wednesbury, Worcester, Worcester St. Johns, Worcester St.Peters.

We would love to provide your business broadband.  We won't be beaten on service or price, plus you can benefit from having one point of contact for your broadband, IT support and telephone lines and calls.

If you would like to know if you can get FTTC, give us a call in the office on 01922 830000!  If we can't provide FTTC, don't worry, we can still provide good old fashioned ADSL broadband too, and the best service around!
