Walsh Funerals & Memorials will once again be holding their annual Christmas Remembrance Service – a heart felt event that has become a much-loved tradition for many local families.
The Christmas Remembrance Service offers a chance for families and friends to come together and remember loved ones who are no longer with us. The service takes place on Saturday, December 6 at 10am at the premises at 39 Park Road, Bloxwich.
The festive period can be a particularly emotional time for those who have experienced loss, and the service provides a comforting space to reflect, share memories and find support within the community. As in previous years, the morning will include time for quiet re f lection and remembrance, followed by light refreshments.
Guests will be invited to leave a personal message or memory on the Tree of Remembrance – a touching way to honour and celebrate the lives of those they miss. A peaceful dove release will also take place, symbolising love, hope and the enduring presence of those we hold in our hearts.
The team at Walsh Funerals & Memorials understand that Christmas can be a difficult time for many people who are grieving. Their annual service aims to bring comfort and connection, offering a space where it’s okay to remember and to feel. Each year, it brings together families from across the area who share in the spirit of re membrance and togetherness.
This year’s service will also be raising money for Well Wishers, a local charity that supports Wal sall Healthcare NHS Trust. By attending, guests will not only be remembering their loved ones but also helping to make a difference to others in need within the commu nity. All are welcome to attend the Christmas Remembrance Service, whether you have lost someone re cently or many years ago.
