Ryanair faces £610million claims bill after losing case

A judge has ruled that passengers should have six years to claim compensation for a delayed flight.

Ryanair had argued that by accepting its terms and conditions when they bought tickets, passengers had agreed to a two year limit for bringing claims.

The Court disagreed and ruled that Ryanair's attempts to limit the time for claiming breached EU legislation.
