• Wash your feet every day. 
• Change your socks every day 
• Trim your toenails straight across 
• Keep your feet moisturised 
• Check your feet regularly 
• Make sure your footwear fits properly 
• Rotate your shoes 
• Vary your heel height 
• Do regular calf stretches
