Our Apprentice with Redbox Signmakers

We at Walsall Adult Community College recently read an update from Redbox Signmakers about how one of our very own apprentices is faring in his new role, and were extremely happy to see how well he was progressing!
Damian started his apprenticeship in August, and was unsure of what to expect, but was really surprised by how quickly he settled in and started to learn in the workplace. As an apprentice, Damian is only at the college for 1 day out of a week, meaning the rest of the time he is with Redbox. This means it is absolutely invaluable that his learning takes place not only at college, but at Redbox as well, and we are extremely happy to see how much he has learnt from them!
As well as this, Redbox Signmakers have been encouraging Damian in ways that we couldn't even have imagined. Damian recently collected a Highly Commended award on behalf of Redbox while attending a national awards ceremony, which comes to show how much his confidence has grown because of his work there. We are also glad that Damian got to be such a huge part of his company's achievement!
We at the WACC congratulate Damian on all he has achieved in his apprenticeship, and thank Redbox Signmakers for giving him this opportunity.
