We recognise that some clients will prefer more limited assistance in an effort to keep costs down. We can offer specific help for specific tasks such as preparing or offering advice on completing Court forms, statement of evidence, obtaining other information from another party, obtaining expert reports on matters such as pension sharing and representing you at a Court hearing. The costs of undertaking such specific tasks will be explained and agreed at the outset.
