Major restaurant chains have now signed up to the £12million Waterfront development in Walsall, with work on the build beginning this month.
The site which is due to open in Summer next year, has already been confirmed to house The Light Cinemas and now they will be joined by Pizza Express, Chiquito, Hungry Horse and Bella Italia.
It is hoped that the Waterfront scheme will become a popular leisure destination for the area.
This scheme is part of the ongoing development within the area, that will see 17 acres in Walsall regenerated. It is estimated that the cinema alone will create over 200 jobs.
