Details of the job are:

We are an independently owned van, minibus and truck rental company, based near Junction 10 of the M6 in Walsall.

Our busy rental office requires an individual to work on a part-time basis (approx. 20-30 hours per week). You must have flexibility to work additional hours to cover busy periods, staff holidays and absences.

Shifts vary - and will include full days on Saturdays (8am to 5pm)

Applicants must live within 5 miles of Walsall WS2
Duties include:

  • Answering incoming sales calls and converting to bookings.
  • Dealing with the public and businesses face to face over the counter.
  • Completing administrative duties such as raising and closing Rental Agreements.
  • Checking vehicles in and out

Experience within the automotive or rental industry would be an advantage but isn't essential as training is given.

The ability to convert incoming sales enquiries to bookings is essential - you must have previous experience in a sales office environment or customer services role.

You must have accurate IT skills and a clear and confident telephone manner.

Full driving licence required.
