Out with the old and in with the new
2012 brings us renewed vigour, hope and a line drawn purposefully under last year. Millions of resolutions to get fit, lose weight, become slimmer, stop smoking etc, will have been made only to be broken by the end of January.
Did you know that four out of every five people who make New Year’s resolutions will eventually break them, and one third of them won’t even make it until February, a survey of 15,000 people by time management firm Franklin Covey found. Nearly 40 percent of those surveyed said they broke their resolutions because they’re too busy, and a third said they simply weren’t committed to their particular goals. However, experts say the real problem is that we make resolutions that are too vague or unachievable, so we quit. If you truly want to make this your best year yet, and I know many of you do. I have some expert advice on resolutions not to make that will transform your life instantly that I will share with you on Jan 28th 2012.
As I sit here eating my whole hazelnuts and drinking my cup of peppermint tea, typing this article I am wildly excited about your future for you, as I know how it feels to finally take control and free yourself from the shackles, that being overweight and feeling unhealthy place upon you.

It's time to ditch dieting and all your quick fixes, if you keep having to go back to them clearly something isn't working for you. It all comes down to mindset. Preparation really is the key to your success, you need a plan, knowledge and a back up plan. Seek someone to support you who has the expert knowledge and can help you make a plan and stick to it.
