How can I improve my business?

Your business plan may work. Or, you may need to amend it, or even accept criticism of it. Take England cricket captain, Alastair Cook, for example. The team wasn't playing well; he wasn't playing well. But, he stuck with it, determined to get better. He started playing well but the team didn't. He lost the captaincy of the one day side. This gave him more time to think about Test matches. England still didn't improve. He took more criticism and listened to advice. The result of all this? England, most unexpectedly, won back The Ashes from Australia this summer (You may have heard!)

As the late cricket player and commentator, Australian, Richie Benaud once said on captaincy "It's 90% luck and 10% skill" - "But don't try it without that 10%"

I'll leave you to ponder how you might apply this to your business on your journey.
