Coming to Caldmore Community Gardens on Saturday 21st October between 3 and 6pm is the first performance by The Sælvatici, a theatrical collaborative storytelling group featuring Steven C. Davis, Ash Mandrake, Laura Jane Round and Joanna Swan. Based on ‘Lore of the Sælvatici’ by Steven C. Davis, it’s a folk horror retelling of the Robin Hood myth cycle. There’ll also be storytelling from Ash Mandrake, a performance from the gothic-inclined harmonic and disharmonic poetry duo, Poetic Malevolence, calling out society and raising a rallying flag for the alternative. There’ll also be workshops and more to get involved with and share your own creativity. Taking place from 3pm – 6pm, entrance is free but a hat will be passed around/ there’ll be merch to buy.
