Part Time Administrator / Move Co-ordinator
Based at our Walsall offices you will assist our Sales & Logistics Manager.

Previous experience within the Removals and Storage industry is desired but not essential; previous clerical/admin experience is essential.

This is a new appointment and is initially offered on a part-time basis:

Monday - Friday 4.00pm - 7.00pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 2.00pm.

General Duties

  • Telephone - ensure all calls are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Dealing with customers' queries where appropriate
  • Communicate with clients by email, letter and by phone
  • Input new enquiries and create removal plans
  • Organise appointments
  • Input and update quotes, instructions and contact notes
  • Send quotations out to clients
  • Housekeeping - update job statuses
  • Accept and book Domestic and Commercial, European and International removal and storage quotations
  • Sales follow-up calls for quoted clients
  • Implement controlled processes/procedures in conjunction with company initiatives
  • Interface with management and staff to ensure queries are dealt with appropriately and consistently in compliance with Company policy/legal/Health and Safety regulations
  • Daily processing of completed removal crew-sheets matching with clients files and filing completed folders away
  • Starting and ending client storage accounts
  • Assisting with processing correspondence in responses to customer complaints / damage reports
  • Sending out claim forms to clients where appropriate and processing claims through the insurance brokers

  • Widespread Geographical knowledge of the UK - particularly the Midlands
