Work has began on the vacant land next to the Walsall College's Wisemore campus.
This development is set to be home to a cinema, pharmacy and office blocks.
Preparation work is already under way and it is hoped building work will start in the Summer and it will be completed within 12 months, The site will include a £12 million, 9 screen Vue Cinema and a restaurant, as well s a Jhoots Pharmacy.
