A warm friendly enviroment to recieve your massage or treatement of your choice. Certainly not over priced and is value for money. You are always made comfortable from arrival till finish. It is a calm and relaxing environment which makes me warm and at home! The practitioners are professional, friendly and helpful when discussing my symptoms and finding the right treatment for me. I have had two treatments now from Alex - aromatherapy which was very relaxing and you pick what oils you want to use. I picked three. The thai massage was great and I felt like I could run a marathon afterwards.

There are two reasons why I love Walsall Mind and Body Centre. Firstly, there's the practicality - it's in a ridiculously convenient location with plenty of free parking outside, and it's a comfortable place with a friendly team of people. But that's boring - who really cares about practicality? Secondly, and crucially, there's the wonderful therapeutic massage delivered expertly by the delightful Alex Simon. The lady knows her stuff, selecting a winning combination of aromatherapy oils tailored to tackle specific aches and pains, and always hitting the target - and she has an uncanny knack for unknotting the most stubborn of muscles. You can probably find another centre somewhere in a 12-mile radius that's as good as Walsall Mind and Body Centre for practicality - but you won't find another therapist as good as Alex.

First time I have visited Walsall Mind & Body Centre. I found the atmosphere very relaxing and the back massage was really good. I found it a very friendly centre and I would certainly visit again. even the phone had a relaxing tune / ring tone.

I've been for a couple of massages at Walsall Mind and Body so far and can honestly say it's so much better than any massage I've had at a spa! The massages are personalised by using aromatherapy oils to tailor to your needs. Would definitely recommend!
