Honestly, I can’t explain the importance and the quite frankly magic Alex at the Mind and Body centre brings to my life. I started going here for regular massages just over a year now having mostly had them while at spa days on the odd occasion. Depending on when I see her she knows exactly what I need and tailors the oils she uses every single time to get the perfect result. I would never go anywhere else ever again she is amazing and the best there is so why mess with a good thing. I feel at my best after a massage here and have less problems with my back, shoulders, neck and any falls / bruises because of her.

I have had two treatments now from Alex - aromatherapy which was very relaxing and you pick what oils you want to use. I picked three. The thai massage was great and felt like i could run a marathon afterwards.

Many places offer "full body" but don't actually give the full body a massage. Here I got the full body massage. I didn't feel rushed at all. I loved it! It was great.

First time I have visited the Walsall Mind and Body Centre. I found the atmosphere very relaxing and the back massage was really good. I found it a very friendly centre and I would certainly visit again. Even the phone had a relaxing tune / ringtone.

After training for Birmingham international marathon for 18 months I hit a massive problem. I found my calf muscle would tighten and only become even tighter when I tried to run it off. I very nearly quit trying to acheive the goal I had dreamt of for years. This is when I turned to Alex for help. After she treated me to 2 sports massages the tightness eased off my calf and yesterday i completed my first ever marathon. Well chuffed. Massive Thank you to Alex
