Initially I wanted a perm and stumbled across this particular hair salon;I was genuinely impressed how beautiful the interior was! I booked an appointment which the staff helped with for my perm! I arrived and Vito and his staffs treated me super well with respect and as for the hair, it was amazing, Vito really knows what he is doing as he took time and gave in all his effort to make sure I was happy with my cut!
I canât thank enough how friendly Vito was and his staffs! They smashed it! 10/10

I managed to get an appointment at the last minute. Very polite greeting on the telephone. Was seen very quickly when I arrived. Brilliant shampoo and the staff I had dealings with were very friendly. I was also extremely pleased with the way my hair was styled. Will definitely go again

The staff here are fantastic, always welcoming, even when you have a last minute hair appointment. They always listen to you and give valuable advice on hairstyle, colour and cut.
I only had positive experience at Vito's and I am going there every 6-8 weeks for nearly two years now.

Class service! Really understand what you want before starting. The hair cut keeps it shape for months and they will give you advice on what products to actually use for your hair. I have tried alot of places around Birmingham but Enrico is THE BEST! Thanks Rico be back soon.

I came to Vitoâs for a cut and blow dry, I wasnât sure what style to have but Karen helped made suggestions and took the time and care, I wasnât rushed and it turned out better than I imagined it would, it was well worth the money. The salon was so organised, customers werenât waiting long which meant the hairdressers didnât put themselves under pressure as they organised their time and appointments well. The stylists were dedicated to their customers as they spoke to them and not over them with their colleagues (I wouldnât have minded if they spoke amongst each other but I thought this was very nice as it showed how well mannered and dedicated they were to their customers). They have done very well adapting to this pandemic and should be proud of their hard work.

Vitos is a great hairdressers. I've been going for years and they always make you welcome. I've also just been on the re opening due to covid 19 and they went above and beyond with the hygiene. Antibacterial gel was provided as well as screens and adequate space between people. Masks were worn and areas cleaned after every person. It's probably the safest place to get a hair cut in walsall right now. So I'd definitely recommend booking in with them.
