He has worked his socks off to get my 2021/22 year end onto Xero and has done my HMRC submissions for my personal self assessment and the limited company submission. Having recently retired I decided to become self employed but didn't have a clue where to start with anything relating to the financial side of it all . I was passed Nic's details by a friend who has used him for a while now saying how easy he was to talk to and how he explained everything in simple terms. We met up and after 1 hour I was made to feel more confident on what I needed to do . When I was considering changing my small sole trader business to a limited company, Nic at Tao Business Services was always on hand to discuss the transition and the best practise to ensure everything was as smooth as possible. I approached Tao Financial to help me with my personal accounts. He was very thourgh and gave excellent advice. I had never used spread sheets to predict my financial spending. He was patient and answered my questions so that I could understand what I needed to do.As I have dyslexia and numbers are not my strong point, Nic did not mind going over things to ensure I understood.
