The customer services!!! I know that even if they can't help me on a enquiry they still let me leave feeling loved.. They are like a family. The prices are reasonable. Its kind of hard finding an actual fault with this business I am someone that lives in London that had passed by whilst visiting family, it just shows how far their love reaches. Anyone I know going around the country I tell them about Stitchy Designz in Walsall. They deserve to be number 1 all day every day

Where do I start!!!!! 1: Value for money ... i've used a few tailors in the past mainly around the birmingham area but Stitchy is by far the cheapest even after you factor in petrol money for me to travel to Walsall! 2:Quality Service ... at first I was worried that because I was paying less I would get less of a quality service ... not the case infact wasw in the shop once and someone had brought some clothes that they had altered by Sketchleys for Stitchy to fix ... I also hear he does alterations for Debanhams so he's got to be quality! 3: Customer Service ... that's got to be one of the funiest men i've ever met has me literally in "stitches" when I go there ... the man is never late clothes are always ready on time and also has an express service so for a little extra can get my clothes done in a day which doesn't come at the expense of quality!!! This serice is second to none ... ctrust my I've tried a few!!!!

I am always satisfied with the service of the alteration that goes into my repair. Not only this but the staff are also very welcoming and friendly and always do their best to make sure that customers are happy. It is quite good when you find a friendly business within the community.
