Caring staff but didnt seem to want to help when tried to take the matter further following ill treatment at Aristocats 'Luxury" (so they say) cattery, pelsall Lane Rushall. Nearly killed my cat, lost a third of her body weight in 2 weeks and was totally dehydrated. Couple more days we would have lost her as she contracted cat flu there as per the vets diagnosis. Vet knew she'd been I'll treated but wouldnt help me further.
