Took my rescue kitten to be neutered here and they were so good. 2 days later and you can't even see the wound, it was that neat and clean. They even rang to check he was feeling okay the next day and offered loads of advice during his discharge. Super impressed and very glad we decided to use you guys.

From reception staff, first encounter knowing my dog is nervous (rescue) went above and beyond. Help in other areas and offered to call previous owner. Spent a lot of time with me and my dog without hesitation ever thought other people were coming in still remained professional and sorted them out too. The vet was incredible spent time gaining by dogs trust as he’s usually not very good with males but he was absolutely fine with this vet. Explained everything and again went above and beyond with treatment options and advise. Would highly HIGHLY recommend these vets if you want the best service and care for your loved pets

Vets for Pets Shelfield are consistently good in the care given to the animals they treat. Everyone from the reception and nurses to the vets themselves I have found to be kind, considerate and knowledgeable. A special shout out for vet Beth Archer who is especially good and never gives up trying to find the best treatment for your furry baby. Margaret Gaunt.

Very informative of the problem. Gave precise information . Unfortunately I had to have my boy put down he was 12 and full of cancer. The vet was very thoughtful and caring..Even bought a blanket for me to lie down with him so i could cuddle him throughout the process. Couldn't have asked for anything else. He was marvellous! I would highly recommend this Veterinary Surgery. Thank you for helping me through this very difficult time.
