I cannot fault the care and compassion they had shown my boy over the years, he was receiving care there for 9 years and especially towards the end when he was getting more poorly they did absolutely everything they could to keep him comfortable and reassure us too. Even in the end they treated him with such respect till the very end. Any more pets I have will be coming here, the best vets I’ve ever used.

Great place to take your pets.<br><br>We have had Manny pets offer the years and taken them to many different vets, but this one is great,<br><br>They are really respectful when you're doing the sad things in pet ownership.<br><br>They are great and helpful when you're getting new pets and going through all the injections. Happy to point you in directions that will save you money. I don't have any bad words to say.

i can’t fault this vet .. sally was so amazing .. supportive and did her best to make my cat comfortable at the end and to try and save him and tell us why he died .. it was sudden and she gave me answers .. she sorted the cremation and the package she gave us was beautiful .. i am still heartbroken at my loss but sally and her team .. reception everyone was so good .. thank you x ❤️

Our much loved cat received excellent care from vets for pets shelfield - from the regular appointments with Pierce who tried everything possible to get him back to his usual majestic self to Sally who showed great care and compassion for both him and my mum when the time came to let him go peacefully. Our family are very grateful for all the care that Pepper received from vets for Pets Shelfield during his happy 13.5years of life. Thank you.

I cannot rate Vets4Pets Shelfield highly enough, 10 stars wouldn't be enough!<br>From the moment you walk through the door you and your pets are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I love that they always put our animals welfare first and they take extra care to make them comfortable as well as treating them medically. Our cat, Ten was always extremely anxious about going to see a vet but now he loves his appointments, Pierce is his absolute favourite. Check out the photo and see how chilled Ten is sitting on the scales! Thank you Pierce for curing Tens stubborn ear infection and for being so considerate of me being so emotional over my poorly 14yr old cat.<br>Thank you to all the staff at Vets4Pets Shelfield, you are all absolute Stars!<br><br>Pierce is also my daughter's dog's favourite, she was happy really
