Rang Ruddi on Monday about a bad problem on my car - my DPF was completely blocked and no longer able to regen, causing all sorts of other problems.<br><br>Ruddi promptly arranged to meet me Wednesday the same week to sort issues out, and to get a fresh remap.<br><br>Top class service from a genuinely lovely guy, all problems gone and car is like a new one.<br>It was a problem I'd been chasing for months, and not much luck at other mechanics and garages.<br>Ruddi actually cares and took time to listen to me explain everything, which is greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air.<br><br>3 month long issue sorted within 2 days.<br>Thanks again Ruddi and keep up the good work fella.

I had my Audi TT Tdi 170 Sline remapped to stage 2 and GOD what a difference, bags more torque at low revs through every gear, raw power is there when needed or smooth and subtle when not. I can't thank Rudi enough for all his hard work, truly a man who is knowledgeable and passionate about his work with excellent attention to detail. I can honestly say ive made a friend for life. All the best for the future Rudi.
