Harjinder and Laura have been absolutely amazing!! I am purchasing a property and they have dealt with things swiftly and proactively. Excellent service from Harjinder and Laura. Kept me up to date with everything, listened to my blood sweat and tears (literally) and did their best to hurry things along. It was a long road as unfortunately my purchasers solicitors never answered anything in a timely manner and once they did they would be completely wrong forms for example but Laura and Harjinder kept chasing and we finally completed yesterday!! Excellent service from both Harjinder and Laura throughout the purchase of my first home. Particularly when my Financial Advisor made a mistake with the mortgage offer two-weeks before completion. Harjinder worked tirelessly back-and-forth with the lender directly solving what was a huge problem in no time. Will definitely use Pickford again in the future and can't recommend them enough.

Constructive feedback - At the beginning of the process organise a Teams call with clients to introduce yourselves to form a relationship, build rapport and trust.<br><br>It’s difficult to form that relationship over email and once I had a phone call and met those dealing with my case in person I felt more relaxed that my case was in good hands. I feel like if that initial introduction was completed virtually or in person I would have left less anxious emails in their inboxes.<br><br>Rachel MacDonald was amazing, she was responsive and helpful with all my queries.<br><br>Huge thank you to Cadhla and Sahar for managing my case, it’s really appreciated and valued. I can’t believe we managed to complete so quickly!<br><br>Definitely would use Pickford again, I would add that’s due to meeting those who were dealing with my case and feeling confident in the abilities.
