Went to these guys with a lighting fault on my fl2 not only did they sort it out they could have done what they had to do themselves charge me a lot more they didn't they explained to me what it was saved me money on the part and saved me money on the fitting you can't be more honest than that will recommend every time thanks guys

Had a light issue where headlights and signals wasn't working on my Seat Leon.
I was recommended Pearson Auto Electrics by another garage.
Martin diagnosed the issue and recommended me to buy the part off ebay for £50. The part required would have been £500+ because it needed a specific part number for him to order, so his advice saved a lot of money.
Unfortunately the issue came back due to another fault and Martin got it fixed free of charge.
10/10 service, would bring again next time I have an electrical issue

Had a complicated intermittent fuel supply issue requiring in-depth diagnostics on a bmw. Service was fast, efficient and carried out in a professional way solving the issue I a day. Martin was true to his word and explained things clearly. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had an intermittent fault on my 2018 DS3, where the indicators and electric mirrors would sporadically work. Was recommended Pearson Autoelectrics by another garage as it was out of their remit of work, and rang up and booked in within 48 hours. Martin did an excellent, thorough job and traced it back to crushed wiring in the door panel, replaced swiftly and a decent price too. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if I need to. Thank you

Took my Honda CRV to Pearson Auto Electrics yesterday for a problem with all my interior lights not working, Martin put it on the diagnostic machine, found the fault and soon had everything working again. Less than half the cost of a Honda dealer. Couldn’t be happier , will definitely use Pearson again.

Great service from start to end! Martin and Julie were so lovely and got my car sorted very quickly. I took my Peugeot 2008 that had a break button electrical issue and the team identified the problem and sorted very quickly. Very efficient and I would highly recommend!

I recently took my car to Martin for some advice due to an internal light not working, Martin managed to fit me in last minute and ran diagnostics, Martin fully explained the results, there was a problem, which would be quite costly to fix, Martin did not push me to have the work done and advised me to see how I go. I would definitely use again.

Fantastic quick, honest and fair customer service. Contacted on Friday afternoon after hybrid warning light came on. They were able to book me in for Saturday morning. They ran various tests and checked batteries etc but could not find anything wrong and seemed to be a glitch. Contacted me throughout the morning to keep me informed and then asked for no charge when I collected my car as there was nothing to fix. Will definitely contact again if I encounter any further issues.

I took my Fiat Doblo Van in for a diagnostic today, and Martin quickly found and fixed the issue. After taking it to three different places with no luck, it’s finally running smoothly again. Amazing service, great value for money, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Booked my van in with Pearsons after having a couple of other so called auto experts fail to repair the issue. Wasn't an option to take to main dealer as I had been told it could cost a couple of grand to sort. Martin had my van repaired within a couple of hours and all done for a mere fraction of the cost others were quoting. Great service and pretty good from someone who's supposed to be a Shyster.

This place is so fair and honest. They looked at my son's car and realised that the heated rear screen was damaged. This is not something they do but gave me advise on how to fix it myself.
When we got there my wife had a puncture. They gave me the tools to replace the wheel as mine were no good.
There was no charge for their time and trouble. They were nice people (even offered me a mince pie. I tried to insist on paying for their time but he was clear and said he didn't feel right taking payment. I told the gentleman that I would do a review but I am ashamed to say I forgot as we had a family emergency later that day.
