Lovely welcome from the receptionist on arrival. Didn't have a long wait. The dentist and nurse were both polite and professional and were both very patient and kind with my nearly 1 year old who had her first appointment with her 2 teeth! Really pleased she had a positive first experience of going to the dentist. Helpful advice given for both me and my daughter.<br>The only thing that doesn't feel very welcoming on arrival is the closed shutters over the window and the perspex screen in reception. I understand these were needed during the height of the pandemic but wonder how necessary they are now?

Went to Oraco today for my six monthly check up. Staff efficient and friendly, as always. I knew I had a broken filling, the dentist explained all the options open to me. He took his time and explained fully. He applied a temporary filling, and I will need to go back for the proper filling.

I have been attending this dental practice for years and the service from the dentists and the staff is always good . They make every effort to try to accommodate everyone. May it continue.

I’ve been a patient at Oraco for many years and have seen many dentists during my time there, all excellent. Today I was seen by Adam for the first time and was really impressed. I’m a really nervous patient. Adam put me at ease, talked me through my options and was really gentle. He offered me some really useful advice and really went over and above. The whole practice is really welcoming, they always really try to get you an appointment quickly and the dental nurses are so lovely. I’d recommend Oraco to anyone.

First visit today from a nervous person and Mr Moore was amazing with me he instantly made me feel at ease and made my experience the best with alot of positive outcomes when I thought all was lost. he made me feel very valued and I don't feel scared to go back staff are very friendly and welcoming and definitely the best team thank you so much I am now looking forward to getting my smile and confidence back

Our first visit to this dental practice was an entirely positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming,friendly and efficient . After turning up without an appointment first thing on a Monday morning, the extremely courteous and efficient reception staff arranged for me to see my dentist within a few minutes to deal with my tooth pain. The dental treatment I get is always first class and I highly recommend Oraco dental in Pelsall.
