As a disabled person who has MND the staff from coming through the door to leaving were nothing but respectful and friendly.
I have issues with the water being used and the technician was excellent and I didn’t feel like I was being water boarded. I highly recommend this practice as they will not charge you for something that you don’t need. The advice is free and I will be using them as my regular Dentist. Highly recommend.

Amazing service absolutely outstanding. Such friendly staff put my mind at ease straight away. Moving to this dentist going forward. Care is second to none. Never had such an experience and hating the thought of dentists I'm actually happy to have to come again to oraco. Thankyou to the lady on reception, the lady that helped the dentist and not to forget the dentist himself. Really knows what hes doing never had such a good experience!

Excellent care and very professional. They made me feel so calm and relaxed. So friendly and explained everything to me. I was given options of what treatment I could have, and it was my decision which way my next treatment would go. I am a very anxious person and dentists have always bothered me. Not any more Oraco have made me have the confidence to go regularly to the dentist now. I would definitely recommend Oraco for the best dental experience. Thank you

But when I saw the dentist I wasn’t given a cover for my clothes (just glasses) and when asked to rinse I had to ask for a tissue
I felt the dental nurse wasn’t very helpful or pleasant. Never had this before as I have been at this practise years.
