I have been a patient of Mr. More for over 12 years. During this time he has always been pleasant, kind and will discuss your treatment with you and listen to your concerns and opinions . Which believe you me is quite rare at the age of 73! My last visit was on 28th April and I had treatment which lasted an hour. I was very nervous and Mr. More put me at my ease and I had every confidence in him. We are very lucky to have him and I would recommend both him and the practice to anyone.

I’ve had a great experience with Oraco. The staff are professional and very friendly, they were able to arrange an emergency appointment for me at short notice. Everything was explained well and I’m very happy with the standard of treatment I’m receiving

Always a first class surgery under the leadership of Mr Moore.
This wa my first visit since covid, excellent anti covid measures.
Reception staff warm and welcoming and very efficient / professional.
The annual check up , again was very reassuring with stringent hygiene routines.
Both the dentist and his assistant were very welcoming and efficient even when wearing all of the PPE , taking time to explain the treatment in easy to understand terms.
I felt very confident about the dental treatment ,follow up advice and the anti covid systems in place.
Really happy I don't think money could buy better treatment.

I have been using this dental practice for a lot of years, they always take care to ensure your treatment is as painless as possible, staff are always very friendly & polite. Would definitely recommend this practice.

All of the team here are always very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that the waiting areas are quite unwelcoming. However, I realise that the reason for this is probably to make it easier to keep the areas clean.

Excellent and amazing service from Oraco Dental in Pelsall. I am absolutely amazed at the first-class treatment from my Dental Hygienist Adam Barnes and Dr Moore. Adam explained each stage of my treatment plan, and questions answered. Staff are very polite and professional, the receptionist staff are warm, friendly welcome, very efficient and the surgery is spotless. Thank you for looking after my gums and teeth.

Hi my name is jane cooper i recently had a 6 month check up with mr Moore. The standard of care at the practice was excellent. I had anxiety having my teeth checked and have now got no fear of going to the dentist. thanks to the care i was given. The staff are friendly and put you at ease .Even through the pandemic we still had treatment and i thank you for keeping us safe.

I went for a check-up, clean & polish, yesterday 28th March, I had to change my appointment time and cancel my wife's due to an unforeseen
problem, they were very understanding and obliging. I was again very impressed by the standard of the treatment I received and the professional and friendly service from the receptionists, dental nurse & Dentist (Mr. Yang). It was a pleasant experience, the upgraded waiting room is also extremely reassuring even though I was seen very promptly and didn't really have to use it.

I have used this practice for many years and have always received good service and care. Whenever I have experienced dental problems an appointment has always been made quite quickly even during the pandemic. I would be happy to recommend the practice.

What a fantastic service I received today, they fitted me in at very short notice for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, the Dentist and his nurse made me feel at ease the minute I went in, they explained everything to me. Great experience all round. Thank you.
