Dentist got me in with a emergency appointment same day, explained everything and answered any concerns, however my bite was off and was told its how it should be, however my repair broke the following day, went back to my original dentist to get repaired and my bite was then restored to normal maybe conflicting information or because im not a regular at this dentist maybe so not all the information was available to the dentist but they did the best with what they had

I only had 5days before the cruise, it had taken me all year to save for, I got an infection and my dental practice was closed. I got Oraco's number and they got me straight in for a check. I was given antibiotics and after swelling started to reduce after 2 days they found the problem and extracted the tooth. All I need now is to finish my antibiotics. But thanks to Oraco i'll be doing that on board ship. I cannot thank you enough

Went today as emergency after suffering in pain with an infection. The Dentist I saw was really nice and gentle. He knew how much pain I was in and really helped my anxiety. Would highly recommend.

Visited Oraco pelsall today as an emergency due to my tooth breaking. I was very scared as dentists generally give me anxiety.
When I visited the dentist was lovely. He made me feel comfortable and talked me through all the treatments available and gave his opinion. He also helped rebuild my tooth and this has helped give me some of my confidence back. Would definitely re visit and recommend to others. Thank you

Clean and welcoming. All staff are friendly and helpful. Suffered with tooth ache over Christmas,but one phone call and they got me in and one tooth taken out. Highly recommend this practice.Thank you.

This is a very friendly local dental practice. I like my dentist, Dr Moore, and have total confidence in him. The dental nurses and reception staff are a great asset to the practice too. Recommend.

As a very nervous patient I went to Oraco Pelsall for my first treatment, two fillings, Shakira who did them was amazing as was the dental nurse. They both cared and made sure I was OK all the way through. Two painless fillings, Thank you Shakira for being so patient abd understanding with me. Highly recommend

Excellent service again. Mr. Yang and his nurse looked after me again, required a filling and work on another tooth all done with care and advice on my oral health. Can recommend the service from the front desk to the treatment, just brilliant.

We have been using this dental practice for many years and always been very happy with our care. But I’ve never written a review and feel I need to today. Today I visited with my 12 year old son to have a tooth extracted recommended by the orthodontist. The lady I believe is called Shakir was absolutely brilliant with him, she explained everything about the process and gave him the opportunity to ask questions and was just awesome. I can’t thank her enough for making his first experience of having a tooth out such a pleasant one. Keep up the great work and thanks again x

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dental surgery. The dentists go above and beyond to ensure their patients are calm and comfortable. Dr Moore in particular is an expert in his field and has given me some really valuable advice over the years, which has saved mine and my children's teeth.
