Have not long changed to this chemist from Lloyds in Rushall, Lloyds,you could never get them to answer the phone,collecting your prescription could be difficult, some times only allowing in one at a time,and had stopped delivering unless you paid for it.In the short time I have been with them,I have had to have just one or two items delivered,no problem,ordered on line at doctors and next day or following day delivered to my day.Wednesday I put in my two month prescription on line and doctors,and was delivered lunch time to my door,lady who gave me them lovely smile on her face as she had the other times she came. Can’t thank them enough as I am not able to collect myself,would recommend this place to anyone,thanks,hope you all at the shop in Sping Lane have a wonderful Christmas x x 💜

I can't praise the staff at Hartshorne's enough. They have been our family support for the last 30 years. We have had a wonderful service from every member of staff. The Pharmacist, Manager, receptionists and driver all live up to the website statement of offering excellent service and going the extra mile. In the last 2 years our family has had 2 elders diagnosed as palliative care and in both cases, the pharmacist and all staff were kind, caring and responsive to every need and ensured timely medication was delivered. Amazing kind people. A big thank you to them all from the Marwaha family.
