Hydesville is a lovely school with a professional but home like feel. As a specialist guitar teacher who has worked within a variety of schools including Hydesville for the last 10 years and currently still i must say from what I have seen observing from the inside that it is the best school I have worked at. Young people are young people but I must say the children here are very respectful and work hard. I would definitely recommend you invest in your son/daughter's future here.

My daughter attended Hydesville for nursery and the start she has had is amazing, she’s gone into reception this year miles ahead of were she needs to be thanks to Hydesville. My step son is currently in year 9, the school is fantastic, they treat every child on an individual basis and I can’t thank the school enough for what they are doing for him and his education 🌟

My son has attended Hydesville for 5 years throughout the Senior School. During this time he has excelled in all of his subjects due to a small class size, well behaved and well mannered children as well as dedicated and passionate teachers. As the school is so small it has a nice friendly family atmosphere. My son has just left Hydesville with fantastic GCSE results.

The teachers are of a high standard and take time to get to know each individual child, due to smaller class sizes, which is invaluable.

My son joined Hydesville in Year 5. He is now in Year 7. The pastoral care is excellent. Teachers are caring and passionate. They are supportive and understanding of the child’s educational needs. There is a great choice of subjects and extra curriculur activities on offer. There is so much opportunity for each pupil to excel and they are continuously encouraged. There is a great communication network between teachers and parents.

Hydesville is a fantastic school that has given my child opportunities many others can only dream of. The small classroom sizes and excellent teaching methods have given my child time and room to grow and reach their full potential in addition the leadership and pastoral team have been a great help to us recently and deserve to be commended for their inclusiveness and always being there when needed. We will be sad to say goodbye in year 11!

Hydesville Tower has been a really great start for my son, who started Nursery in September 2018.
It was a big step for my son as he had never attended any nurseries prior to Hydesville due to his health. After major bowel surgery in July 2018, we were nervous about such a big change in his life.
I found all the Nursery staff to be extremely kind, considerate and well informed. They really helped to bridge the transition of separation, into a new environment.
He thoroughly enjoys his time there, and I think as a parent, we all want to be kept well informed about how our child is doing. The school has a good balance of learning while play, and the structured day has a positive effect on my son's routine. The information flow between parent and school is good too, I can actually see what he's been doing in the week through the newsletters. Really have been most impressed with Hydesville Tower and my son's progress so far!
