Honesty and integrity is so something estate agents normally lack but this lady suppresses all stereotypes. Iv always private rented and what a battlefield it can be. We have not long settled into our new home and can't explain how flawless and stress free she made the process. Communication was second to none and the speed throughout everything was so helpful in our situation. I would chose them over any others if ever needed their services.

I'd like to leave a review for harper homes maintenance team, one of the main reasons I left my previous agent to switch to Sarah was because of the very poor maintenance team they used, it was constant issues, problems and feeling totally ripped off, Sarah and the harper homes team are simply fantastic, when I've had a maintenance issue it's been resolved quickly professionally and with no stress, Their communication is brilliant so your always kept updated as to what's going on, recently I had an issue with my toilet/drain which has literally been going on for years, Dan from harper homes maintenance team came out and on his very first visit he identified the problem and on his return resolved the issue, myself and my tenant couldn't believe it, I've lost count how many call outs I'd had with my previous agent and dread to think how much money it's cost me over the years, if your considering using Sarah to manage your property, do not hesitate, I would never consider using anyone else, I feel totally confident and stress free now that my properties are actually being looked after properly, harper homes maintenance team are superb
