I ordered garden compost but it smelled strongly of unrotted cow manure and would not be suitable for growing many vegetables.
I did write a polite email explaining this but received no reply.

We waited a full day for the driver to then decide to say at 3.30 he couldn’t get to the house even though we had a delivery the day before from them no trouble. Then we were told they would try again at 8am the next day but eventually turned up at 13.45

Delivery driver was excellent, really helpful, polite, professional and friendly. He took the extra effort to drop the delivery exactly where I asked, which made my barrowing a lot easier. The aggregates were just as I wanted, and finished the job a treat. I ordered pea gravel, sharp sand and top soil. Tiny point, the top soil was a bit damp, making it a bit harder to spread about, but it dried out in a couple of days, and I guess it's pretty difficult to keep it dry! All good, very pleased indeed.
