I’ve had 3 scans so far. 8,12 and 15 weeks. Easy to book and a lovely, relaxing environment. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door.
We’ve had a gender scan but had the result in an envelope.. which we’re yet to open and reveal in two weeks time ☺️
Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning throughout my journey.

I attended for a 4D scan along with my partner, mum, sister and auntie. The staff were very welcoming and I found the experience to be extremely pleasant as they went above and beyond by being patient to make sure that we were satisfied with the images captured as the baby was not in the correct position. 10/10. Thank you very much!

Had my 1st sons 4d scan here and all the staff were absolutely amazing
Came back for my second pregnancy and Went yesterday for my 2nd child’s gender scan, the receptionist was absolutely lovely!! And the sonographer was just fantastic he explained everything happening well put together and made sure to tell me about everything so I didn’t miss any movements happening
This place really makes you feel so welcome and there all lovely people, will definitely be back for a 4d scan this pregnancy 💙💙💙

Had my second reassurance scan at Genesis today, and again it was exceptional service!
The staff and sonographer were so friendly and welcoming, and answered any questions we had.
You get so much for your money, much more than other private scan’s in Staffordshire/Walsall area. I cannot recommend Genesis enough! Thank you.

Had an abundance of scans with genesis with both of my pregnancies. They have always been so lovely and welcoming.

I 100% recommend coming here for your scans best value for your money and the team are amazing make you feel so comfortable I have had my early scan and gender scan here and I can’t appreciate them all enough baby was being stubborn and they tried there best to find the gender and eventually we did !! It’s my first pregnancy and they are so reassuring and make sure everything ok with you and baby ❤️

Went for another 4d scan today because when I went last week my baby girl was being stubborn and putting her hand over her face so that I couldn’t see her at all and because of that I asked if I could have a re-scan because it’s a lot of money to go to waste over something that couldn’t be helped and Alex invited me in to come and get some done and luckily her face was hand free today but instead my placenta was blocking her face a bit!🤣but the pictures that Gabriel (the sonographer) managed to get were beautiful! he tried for ages to get one on the perfect angle so we could see baby girl! so welcoming and lovely all the team are! Could not recommend enough!! Thank you so much to Alex for giving me a picture of baby girl to stick onto my pink teddy bear with her heart beat in, it’s so cute!! would definitely recommend to anyone!💖💖

Been twice for scans both times was amazing with lovely, friendly staff however the second time was one of the best experiences I've had the staff couldn't of done more for us, spend so much time allowing us to see every detail of our baby, talked us through everything during the scan more than routine hospital scans, being given that time & detail is so reassuring and had the most amazing photos & videos of our son definitely an experience I'll never forget.
