We've started our journey with Fountain Solicitors in 2016 the same year we arrived here in England. From day one, their service has been superb, Their efficiency and attention to detail made us feel we were in good hands. Through them we received our Leave to Remain in 2017 and after 5 years when we had to renew for our Settlement in the UK they took us through the process and it came out within 3months. A big Shout out to Asya Chaudhry!! Her work ethics are unmatched and your patience and service is to be praised.

I highly recommend Ms.Aisha Abdul-Latif, she is really thoughtful and has alot of experience. My case had a really low chance of success, everyone doubted it. Ms Aisha made the impossible, possible for us. Thankfully, because of her help during my case, and all her intelligence I got really good news and decision from the home office.

Very helpful. Sana Shoukat is such a lovely lady. So polite and understanding. I emailed her many times because I was worried about not having certain documents or just generally worried about the visa. I was trying to move my wife from China to the UK to be with myself and our son. We had two failed spouse visa applications, a tourist visa declined, and an appeal rejected. We even had an MP who tried to help us. I was separated from my wife, and my eight-year-old son was without his mother for what turned out to be 16 months. By chance, we discovered Fountain Solicitors in Walsall.
Their excellent work enabled ‘the miracle’ of getting her first spouse visa on their first attempt.
This was also to be two and a half years later for her second spouse visa, which they secured for us.
Apart from reuniting our family, it also saved us much work, worry and time. They also gave us bits of advice where and when necessary.
However, I would like to pay particular thanks to Fountain’s Nakash Ali, who won the major and final battle to clinch Josie’s Indefinite Leave to Remain visa which finally settled the seven-and-a-half-year war she had with her immigration struggle. Nakash immediately knew what was important and what did not matter so much. His professionalism and efficiency reflected the service from the other lawyers and staff we had had over these six years of occasional dealings with Fountain Solicitors.
