Lovely polite man/staff who rang beforehand to driver on route 5 mins before pick up, for both journeys. Still managed to pick up/dropp off even when the recent bad weather, tracked flights for ETA. It is refreshing to find such reliability. Will definately use this company again and will recommend. Thank you very much

1) I saved money compared with paying for parking at the airport.2) My travel insurance would pay out if I missed a flight, having booked a taxi with Excelsior. Online booking was easy and a page to print out was useful. Abid (عابد) can drive me anywhere next time :-)

Freindly polite service, and above all a safe driver. A special mention for our driver, he was wonderful! Pleasant, patient and curteous even when were were tired lost and delayed, for nearly 2 hours in busy London traffic. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone and would definatley use again.

Booked a taxi with a different company, confusion meant that excelsior taxis came to my address even though I didn't book them. Happy to take me to where I needed to go, even though I hadn't booked them. Payment was sorted and I arrived promptly to where I needed to go. Unintentionally used them, but would certainly use them again !
