Excellent efficient service. Communication with Carta (our driver) was immediate and helpful via WhatsApp until we found him. He was clear and easy to understand with a cheerful disposition (no one likes a taxi driver who grumbles).
He predicted our arrival time well and was happy to point out some of the local places of interest as we drove past. Car was clean and comfortable. Radio station wouldn’t have been what we’d have picked, but we didn’t ask for it to be changed… it was his prerogative I guess.

I highly recommend this very professional car taxi firm following my recent experience with regards to picking up family of 5 with baby for transportation from home to Birmingham airport and the return journey a week later in the early hours of the morning. The booking process was very easily done online and confirmation sent by email. Communication was excellent I was texted on the day of travel by Shak the driver who arrived promptly to collect us from home and again the following week for collection from the airport. I was texted the day before I came home to explain how the pick up process from the airport would be. Everything went as smoothly as possible I will definitely use Excelsior cars again

Excellent service! Taxi was 10 minutes early for pickup. The car was spotless and the journey trouble free, as was the return journey. Carta, the driver was courteous, helpful with the suitcases and pleasant to chat to, though not intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their reliability and their competitiveness. I shall be using them again for certain.

Very happy with my recent bookings with Excelsior Cars. They drove me from Birmingham to London and back again a few days later. Simple online booking process, cars arrived bang on time, excellent drivers, very comfortable trips. Both drivers were very friendly and polite. I did not get the name of the outward driver but my return journey was made with Amo who was exceptionally pleasant.
