Simply incredible. Blue Honda Civic hybrid chipped 3/4 of my alloy so took it to the store 5pm. Got a good quote, they generously loaned.a spare wheel. Alloy was repaired exceptional work completed next day express service. Switch wheels. Highly recommended with my busy schedule and superb quality. Great job š š

Umair at the front desk was very helpful with all queries, smoothly booked the car in and constantly kept me updated. Ray in the workshop was also very helpful, shown me the damage and the repairs that will be done and all work done at a very cost effective price!

Took my alloy into elite the lads who work there are great had the ally fixed and sprayed and looked good as new and only took them a 2 days to complete couldnāt be happy well done lads smashed it thank you

Had my wheels refurbished at elites and must say Ray and the team were absolutely brilliant from when I first walked in didn't think they could do much with my wheels with all the curb marks on them but they made them bran new again thanks guys really appreciate it!

Driving on the M6 going towards Birmingham my car reported that one of my wheels had lost pressure. Just two days before I put a new tyre on that very wheel that was now losing pressure. When the tyre was being replaced. The tyre fitter informed me that my alloy was cracked... I like others thought I would get away with it. But two days later my luck run out.. I looked up alloy wheel repairs on Google annd found Elite Alloy wheels, I called them immediately. I was greeted with a sympathetic voice and somebody who obviously knew what kind of problem these kind of cars normally have with their alloy wheels. A lovely man by the name of Ray reassured me and told me to somehow get to his garage where he would repair the alloy wheel. I told him I had an urgent meeting in Birmingham and I wouldnāt be able to wait, he told me that they would loan me a spare wheel and that I could return in a couple of hours to pick up my repaired wheel.. I made the meeting on time and my alloy was repaired in just two hours! Ray was professional and the service was excellent. I canāt fault this company. They obviously know the perils of runflat tyres and alloys.As a parting gift he also gave me invaluable advice on how I could avoid or reduce the chances of the alloys ever cracking again. Not even Bmw have done that.
