I recently had the pleasure of dining at Desi Fusion Aldridge , and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of traditional and modern decor. The menu offers a fantastic fusion of flavors, blending authentic Indian dishes with a contemporary twist. There’s something for everyone, whether you enjoy mild or bold flavors.<br><br>The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service, especially from Mani and Beth. Mani’s friendly and welcoming nature made us feel right at home, while Beth was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us to make the best choices. Their commitment to excellent customer service was evident, and they truly made our dining experience special.<br><br>The food was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the desi fusion breakfast and mixed protah which were both cooked to perfection.<br><br>If you’re looking for delicious food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, Desi Fusion Aldridge is the place to go. Mani and Beth’s hospitality really sets this restaurant apart. Highly recommend for a fantastic dining experience!

Visited for a Desi style breakfast! What can I say amazing! The quality of the food was outstanding.<br>The staff made us so welcome that we returned for dinner on the evening .<br>Group of six of us trying different dishes on the menu with such a choice it was difficult to decide on one but I must say the Railway Lamb was my favourite.<br>The decor is fantastic a little gem.<br>Wishing Beth & Mani all the best can’t wait to return soon.

A really beautiful venue, that I've been waiting to see what was inside as I had the pleasure of passing it daily has it was built. We tried on day 3 of their opening the mixed platter, it was stunning and we will be returning customers for sure

Visited for breakfast tdy..decor, cleanliness n atmosphere was very good! Pleasant staff!<br>1) The masala chick peas was tasty.<br>2) cappuccino was good.<br>3) aloo paratha was nice but too oily<br>4) Not happy with the ..masala chai was totally watery, no taste of tea or masala spices. Too much of milk<br>5)Same with the masala omelette no taste n the bread was not toasted.<br>6)the chefs recommendation..the kulcha was too oily n nothing great!<br>7) value for money..okay!<br>Would love to go back but needs improvement which we look forward too!<br><br>All the best..Alzira Almeida n family

New street food fusion restaurant in Aldridge. So we went this evening to try this new restaurant. IT IS REALLY GOOD!! 👍 We didn't take any photos as we were too busy eating 😆 It has been decorated really nicely, the food is fabulous and well priced. The platter portions are huge! - fortunately they will give you a doggy-bag!! Lovely couple, Beth and Mani. We wish you every success in your new venture. We will be back soon.

Went on the day of opening with the family. The menu is well presented and not overloaded. There is a good variety of food. We ordered several starters to try a bit of everything! Food was tasty and portion sizes were definitely value for money! Need to add, the masala tea is spot on!

We came to desi fusion after all the hype on social media and it did not dissapoint! The food was 10/10 and the atmosphere along with the decor was stunning!!! Great for instagram pictures. I’m also a vegetarian and the food options were great with a wide range of options. They also have a kids section… I can’t recommend desi fusion enough, it caters for everyone and the owners are such nice and humble people! Side note - the desi fusion chips are amazing

Popped in for lunch. Friendly staff, lovely decor and the food was really nice and was excellent value for money. It’s nice to have somewhere different to go at lunchtime. Best wishes for the future, we will return soon.

Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff and of course delicious food.<br><br>We were a party of 3 attending for lunch and had the Aloo Tikki Chaat, Masala Fries, Chicken Tikka Wrap and Aloo Protha. Finishing off with some Masala Chai. Great value for money, very tasty food and excellent customer service.<br><br>No doubt our first visit of many!

I recently visited Desi Fusion, the new street food spot in Aldridge, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! The vibrant, modern decor sets a welcoming tone as soon as you walk in. The menu offers a great mix of traditional Indian street food with a fusion twist.<br><br>I tried the chaat and the chicken tikka wrap for lunch, both were flavourful and well presented. The spices were spot on, and you could tell that everything was made fresh. I also loved the variety of options available; there’s something for everyone, whether you fancy breakfast, lunch or dinner!
