I cannot express how fantastic I feel now after years of back pain which previously had affected my whole life. I had been to see many specialists but to no avail. After being recommended to Genevieve I went along with no real expectations but a glimmer of hope. Genevieve has changed my life quite literally. Her knowledge is exceptional and she will answer any question. Her passion for her job is extremely admirable and I will honestly never forget what she is done for me. Had severe lower back pain for several days.rang crestcare got a appointment sameday.After having some treatment done my pain is a lot more eased and movement is a lot better and that was after just 1 appointment.follow up appointments to follow.will recommend crestcare 100% 👍🏽

Following 7 months of treatment with another chiropractor, without any improvement, i sought a second opinion and visited Crestacre.
The difference was incredible!
Every part of my treatment is being explained - all of my questions are being answered and most importantly, an injury lasting for 7 months without progress is now improving.

I have recently had a neck problem treated by Genevieve here and the service has been excellent. Genevieve’s knowledge is impressive and she spends a lot of time understanding and then explaining the issue as well as effectively treating it. Very impressed and highly recommended!

Having had previous experience with Chiropractors I cannot recommend Genevieve more highly. The root cause of my issues were quickly identified and a programme of treatment and exercises has made a significant difference in a short period of time. I continue to attend sessions for maintaining my progress, but these are now much less frequent.

Really impressed!... Both service and results!... I had been concidering seeing a chiropractor for a while but was a bit unsure... I have been bodybuilding now for a few years and built up a selection of injuries... one really bad shoulder injury that kept me out of the gym... I came to crestacre clinc and the lady gave me an ultrasound scan the very first time I visited which is amazing to not have to be wait listed... She found a minor tear in my rotator cuff and showed me there and then... The speed of knowing what it was was such a relief... I have been having shockwave therapy treatment here at crestacre clinic and can honestly say it is keeping me in the gym!... I won't look back now I have experienced chiropractor treatment... The online booking system is so handy! Can just book in when you know you have the free time... I Really appreciate the results. Thanks

Always had painful long term injuries as a manual trade worker, caused from shoveling, hand digging , laying kerbs, barrowing etc. Physio and massages never seemed to help in the long term, started seeing this chiropractor regularly and my only regret is not doing it sooner. She has been really attentive and has helped me see off injuries which I thought would be lifelong. Will keep going and I highly recommend.

I couldn't recommend Genevieve enough. I am so lucky to have such a fantastic, dedicated and skilled healthcare professional in my area. I have had chronic pelvic pain for over 10 years. I had tried other chiropractors and other treatments such as physiotherapy with limited success. What I like most about Genevieve is her approach. She approaches chiropractic care holistically, focussing on the cause as well as the symptom and she is always open to trying a new approach if something doesn't appear to be working. Genevieve has used a variety of techniques to treat me including manual adjustment, acupuncture and specifically tailored rehabilitation exercises. Genevieve has also used an ultrasound scan to diagnose a chronic toe problem that has been misdiagnosed for years which is currently being treated with shockwave therapy. She has also treated my newborn who had neck stiffness and could only turn his head one way. Also, when he was starting to crawl he had some hip treatment.

I visited Genevieve for help with persistent headaches, causing nausea, that were not explained by visual problems and which could not be alleviated by moderately strong painkillers. She identified the headaches were referred pain from the neck and shoulder. I was nervous about the idea of chiropractic manipulation but she treated me with trigger point therapy. I have been headache-free since. I have also seen her for shoulder pain following a sports injury and am in the middle of shock-wave therapy. I have always found Genevieve to be both professional and approachable, and determined to find the root cause of a problem. I highly recommend her services!
