I resisted going to a chiropractor because of the misguided and negative remarks that you get from pseudo-doctors. You know the type of people I am talking about. Anyway, for years, I have suffered from neck and back pain, so I decided to give Dr. Reuben Bilton at Crestacre Chiropractic Clinic a try.
In just one session with Reuben, I had relief I have not had for years, with an instant improvement in my right rotation and right lateral flection. He showed great empathy and wisdom, and his technical knowledge and treatment were outstanding. I would positively recommend using Crestacre Chiropractic Clinic.

I went here as a recommendation with some pain to my neck and pins and needles down my arm - Genevieve was fantastic at working out the source of the problem and then treating it quickly. Helpful and friendly and puts you at ease immediately - would highly recommend.

I've suffered with severe lower back and hip pain for over 10 years. Had steroid injections, physio and none of it really worked.
After my first session I felt a real improvement and after just 2 months the difference is incredible. Genevieve was really thorough in understanding what my issues were in the initial session, really put me at ease. She adapts the treatment accordingly in each session - everything from deep tissue massage and alignment adjustments to acupuncture. My pain has almost gone completely and I only wish I'd gone sooner! Can't recommend highly enough

I have recently been coming to see Genevieve after she was recommended to me by my mother in law.
Genevieve is very professional and made me feel completely at ease, considering it was my first time seeing a chiropractor I have been very impressed with the results I have had after just a few visits.
She always spends lots of time thoroughly talking through everything so that i know exactly what to expect and is very thorough in my examinations.
I will be coming back regularly and recommending crestacre to friends and family as I am very impressed with the results!

I Pulled my back at work and was in alot of pain and I felt like I couldn’t even stand up straight. I booked an appointment at crestacre as it was a recommendation off 1 of my friends. Straight after the first session with Genevieve i felt great and felt improvements with my back, (1st time in 2 weeks I didn’t struggle getting out of bed!) I have had 3 sessions now and my back is 100% better and I will continue to book monthly visits here and always recommend Genevieve, 5 star service thanks again!

Fantastic clinic and always receive professional service. I have been seeing Rueben once every 8-12 weeks for a while now and I feel much better after my treatments. I have also had a treatment from Genevieve when Rueben wasn’t available and she was also brilliant. A great team, would definitely recommend.

I had numbness in my toe and swelling just below my knee, which I had had for a couple of months. Genevieve undertook a thorough initial assessment, which included an ultrasound and a gait scan and from this we agreed a treatment plan. I now have insoles which are specially made to ensure I am walking properly and the feeling in my toe has returned. Following laser treatment the swelling around my knee has also gone. Genevieve is very professional, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. Including my own daughter who now also has an appointment with Genevieve.

I was lucky to get a quick appointment with Genevieve. She came highly recommended. Friendly and thorough. I had an ultra sound scan which confirmed the problem with my knee . I can now act on her advice. Genevieve gave me plenty of time and advice. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back to her if needed, and whole heartedly recommend her to anyone who is suffering with knee , hip or back problems.

The treatment undertaken on my back and right hip achieved the outcome promised within the suggested time frame. The use of modern techniques, particulaly laser treatment, significantly reduced the pain down my right leg and foot. Came across these by accident when in intense pain with sciatica and searching for a local chiropractor. They got me in very quickly with Reuben and he was very informative and knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. I was due to go away for a few days and there was no way I would have been able to if I hadn’t been to see him. He explained in details what was happening and was very reassuring in how he could help alleviate the pain! I came out of the first appointment being able to move and managed to sleep that night for the first time in 2 weeks. I have been to see a further 2 times and each time I can feel it getting better! I highly recommend. I've had lower back pain for a few years, and never really done anything about it. Various people told me to see a chiropractor to help ease it, eventually I gave in and found Crestacre Chiropractic Clinic online. Genevieve is so informative, friendly and happy to answer any questions. I've been going for a few weeks, and can definitely tell the difference. If you need a Chiropractor, this is definitely the place to go :)

The perfect balance of traditional chiropractic techniques, physio, acupuncture and the latest gizmo's all applied by the highly skilled, very knowledgeable and very thorough Genevieve who is both pleasant and professional. I can’t recommend Genevieve enough as she has helped me get back to pain free days again and given me much more confidence going forward .
She is a lovely young lady who puts you to ease and really knows her work .

I contacted Genevieve and she fitted me in the same day as i was struggling to even walk and in total agony, what can i say she is just fantastic! i felt so much better even after our first appointment and now a few weeks on I'm walking so much better and have managed to stop taking so many pain killers, i wish i had found her sooner, if you are like me and struggle with back pain spasms from disc problems or just after a excellent Chiropractor please give Genevieve a call you will not regret it.

Recommended by a friend, never even thought about a chiropractor, trapped a nerve in my back, In agony struggling to look anywhere but forward, hadn’t slept properly for a week, felt so much better as soon as I walked out of Crestacres, then practically back to normal after my 2nd appointment. I cannot recommend Genevieve enough! I had been suffering with back pain which radiated into my ribs for several weeks that was stopping me from doing every day things and affecting my sleep. I first went to an Osteopath who made the problem substantially worse so then I came here to see Genevieve. She gave me 3 or 4 sessions of acupuncture (something I was rather skeptical about) and she completely resolved my back and rib problems. I've had no pain since and I am so grateful to her!

What can I say, Genevieve has been fantastic! I first visited her a couple of months ago after experiencing months of back pain and tightness. From the first appointment, I felt much less pain, tightness and more flexibility. Now, after just four or so meetings, the issue is almost entirely resolved. After visiting many chiropractors and osteopaths in the past, I can say for sure Genevieve isn't your typical chiro. She takes a holistic view, provides a detailed recovery program, and uses various treatments and techniques to find a bespoke resolution to the issue. On top of all this, her customer service is top-notch with a friendly but professional manner. I have already been recommending her services to many friends and will continue to do so.
