Recently started having treatment for neck and shoulder problems. After months of pain, following a car accident. Physio hadn't helped. Amy is very professional, friendly and totally puts you at ease. Explains what she is going today at each stage. After 3 treatments, definitely slight improvement. Will carry on having treatment and doing exercises Amy gave me to do. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My back typically goes a couple of times a year, and I have been using Crestacre for around 3 years. It was my first time seeing Amy, but it was great to get in very quickly to help me manage my pain. The service was great and I would recommend.

Best chiropractor in the area. I went in with a shoulder injury, couldn’t move my arms at all, Genevive did an ultra sound some laser Theraphy and I was better within 48 hours. I’m really glad I went to the clinic and got my treatment, awesome from start to finish.

Lydia is excellent. Listened to me and asked questions to understand what needs to be done. Really knows exactly how to get into those troublesome spots with her elbows. Useful tips and recommendations after treatment to use at home. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at this chiropractic clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking professional and attentive care. Genivieve was outstanding. She was extremely caring, attentive, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable at every stage. Would absolutely recommend Lauren when i first seen Lauren i was in agony with back pain but since I have been attending crestacre my back pain has eased tremendously with the treatment I have received from Lauren and I shall still be attending for treatment but I can honestly say Lauren is remarkable and keeps you at ease and great with communication

I recently saw Lauren for shoulder and back pain, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is friendly, professional, and took the time to really understand the issue before starting treatment. After a few sessions, and following her recommended exercises I’ve noticed a big improvement and my shoulder and back feel so much better now. Lauren made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring, she is an excellent chiropractor who genuinely cares about her patients.

Initially I went to the clinic to get my daughter seen and following the recovery she made afterwards, I visited with my husband and we've noticed big changes. I've since brought the rest of my family and feel much better. I struggled with lower back pains for a very long time. Thanks to Genevieve and Reuben for their service.

I have been to see Reuben a couple of times over the last few years. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, is very knowledgable and explains things to you in a way that’s easy to understand. Reuben takes the extra time to always explain what he’s doing and why and always puts me at ease. He is reassuring and very helpful, I’ve been really pleased with the treatment I’ve received and would highly recommend. Thank you!

I am absolutely blown away. Never had any back problems in my life so didn’t know what happened or why or what to expect. Reuben was amazing so professional and explained absolutely everything. The treatment was 5 star and my back feels amazing already. He also gave me some exercises to do to help as well at home. Prices were great and treatment. See you in a few weeks thanks so much 🙏10/10

Great empathy and humour, but more importantly taking the time to fully understand the pain I was suffering and getting right to the cause.
I'm not out of the woods yet, but having someone with the specific diagnostic knowledge, to analyse and deal with the causes of my pain and use the appropriate techniques, has really helped me to deal with a long-standing problem.
Lydia has a long and beneficial career in front of her!

Very warm, friendly and relaxed. My appointment with Rueben was very knowledgable - I’ve never visited a Chiropracter before so didn’t really know what to expect. Rueben made me feel at ease and listened carefully to my needs. With his manipulation and a series of excercises to continue afterwards I have already felt the benefit with my continued neck pain. He not only helps fix the problem but explains carefully why it’s happening which helps ease anxieties. I can highly reccommend 5*

Anyway, for years, I have suffered from neck and back pain, so I decided to give Dr. Reuben Bilton at Crestacre Chiropractic Clinic a try.
In just one session with Reuben, I had relief I have not had for years, with an instant improvement in my right rotation and right lateral flection. He showed great empathy and wisdom, and his technical knowledge and treatment were outstanding. I would positively recommend using Crestacre Chiropractic Clinic.

I went here as a recommendation with some pain to my neck and pins and needles down my arm - Genevieve was fantastic at working out the source of the problem and then treating it quickly. Helpful and friendly and puts you at ease immediately - would highly recommend.

I've suffered with severe lower back and hip pain for over 10 years. Had steroid injections, physio and none of it really worked.
After my first session I felt a real improvement and after just 2 months the difference is incredible. Genevieve was really thorough in understanding what my issues were in the initial session, really put me at ease. She adapts the treatment accordingly in each session - everything from deep tissue massage and alignment adjustments to acupuncture. My pain has almost gone completely and I only wish I'd gone sooner! Can't recommend highly enough
