Been coming to chatabox ever since it opened I always booked Rachel so was gutted when she left but I must say Jo has been doing an astounding job could not be happier with my new colour & style. It's always great to see the girls who are always happy friendly and welcoming, from first meeting them you feel like you've known them forever. I have twice tried other cheaper hairdressers in the area and both times came back to chatabox to have it put right as was not happy but I suppose you get what you pay for 😊

The work these ladies have gone to making sure that their customers and themselves are safe during the Covid pandemic is nothing short of what I’ve come to expect as a loyal Chatabox customer. The salon has always been spotless and the extra measures they’ve put in place leave me in no doubt that myself and my Daughter are safe when visiting them any time. There’s a reason they have a loyal customer base, they look after us all fantastically and I for one cannot wait for them to reopen so I can get back in the chair. They make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, nothing is too much trouble and I have never once been unhappy with my hair in the whole time that I’ve been a customer (Over 10 years!) They have always gone the extra mile and I’ve already recommended them to many friends for special hair ups. Here’s to many more years of making us feel glamorous xxx

What can I say? I hadn't been to a hairdresser in years, so my hair was waist length, and hard to manage. I met Rachel and she didn't bat an eyelid and within minutes it had been cut and styled into a smart bob.
All I ever have to do is wash and blow dry, and it is ready for any occasion. I just get it shaped every few weeks. The girls are really
top class and professional, and they wouldn't be out of place in London.
For a hairdresser in Walsall to be that good, you really need to try them.

went hear back in 2019 as really fussy who does my hair and dunno haw I liked it walked in the staff was so friendly and helpful made me feel comfy and safe asked my opinion on everything as they could tell I was nervous and unsure on everything the end results were amazing love it love the staff loving going I delibratly put off hair dressers couse it worrys me that was my first appointment in years will only book and continue to book with them need it redoing soon since 2019 so shell be contacting for another appointment couldnt recomend more 😊 love you guys you do an amazing job thank you ❤

I have visited Chatabox a number of times. It is a fantastic salon, the staff make you feel at home and are extremely down to earth. They are highly skilled and even though I have fine hair, they make it look amazing and also offer other beauty treatments too. Since COVID, the beauty industry has suffered but it has been great to return to Chatabox to have a treat in a safe, clean environment.
